A software engineering program has a current position open for a Telecommute Student Financial Advisor in Austin.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing guidance on payment options
- Reaching out to students to assist in the completion of Term Sheets
- Assisting with state and financial audits of student records
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Microsoft Excel, HelloSign, Salesforce, Gmail, ability to sit for an extended period of time
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills, patient and tactful
- Superb customer service skills serving internal and external customers
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve methodologically
