Job Summary

An online education company is in need of a Telecommute Student Support Advisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee a caseload of students
  • Monitor student participation
  • Arrange support conferences as needed to address performance concerns

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • 2 years of college and 2 years of experience in education or equivalent
  • Experience coordinating academically-oriented clubs and extra-curricular activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Web proficiency
  • Familiarity with the online learning experience
