Job Summary
An online education company is in need of a Telecommute Student Support Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing a caseload of students
- Monitoring student participation and works to contact students who do not attend
- Arranging support conferences as needed to address performance concerns
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel 25% of the time
- Two years of college
- Two years of experience in education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience coordinating academically-oriented clubs and extra-curricular activities
