Job Summary

An online education company is in need of a Telecommute Student Support Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing a caseload of students
  • Monitoring student participation and works to contact students who do not attend
  • Arranging support conferences as needed to address performance concerns

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel 25% of the time
  • Two years of college
  • Two years of experience in education
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience coordinating academically-oriented clubs and extra-curricular activities
