Job Summary
A university is seeking a Telecommute Summer Programs Title IX Program Coordinator in Baltimore.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop training materials relative to Title IX, Child Safety and other related materials
- Assist with the intake of complaints and assessing the appropriate resolution process
- Advise program leadership on interim and mitigating measures during and after the investigation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attending events and presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three to five years’ experience investigating and assisting in the resolution of applicable complaints
- Demonstrated expertise in applying relevant federal, state and local laws
- Availability for immediate consult
- Thorough understanding of human resources principles and practices including employment law, AA, ADA and EEO
- Subject matter expertise in Title IX, Title VII and ADA laws and principles
