Job Summary

A wordpress company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of issues reported by customers and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

Qualifications Include:

  • Must know WordPress deeply
  • Basic understanding of or familiarity with Linux, NGINX, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB and HTML
  • Basic understanding of CSS, JavaScript, DNS, CDN, and caching (object and page)
