Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working closely with customers to help them resolve tickets
  • Building standard methodologies for technical troubleshooting
  • Using customer feedback to help Product and Engineering improve the product

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of technical product support or engineering
  • Experience working directly with customers to debug common errors
  • Demonstrated and proven capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies
  • Great relationship building skills and a good people person
  • Exceptional written and oral interpersonal skills
