Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working closely with customers to help them resolve tickets
- Building standard methodologies for technical troubleshooting
- Using customer feedback to help Product and Engineering improve the product
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of technical product support or engineering
- Experience working directly with customers to debug common errors
- Demonstrated and proven capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies
- Great relationship building skills and a good people person
- Exceptional written and oral interpersonal skills
