Job Summary

A business process consulting firm is in need of a Telecommute Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide epic customer service to internal and external clients
  • Process client’s orders, to include HBDI assessment invitations and access links
  • Submit tickets regarding system issues and/or enhancements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Expect to be able to travel when needed, including internal meetings/activities
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience working in a comparable customer support role
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Docs suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
