A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services is in need of a Telecommute Support Service Desk Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Troubleshooting and managing technical support requests
  • Maintaining excellent customer employee relations
  • Managing operational aspects to on-board newly assigned franchise

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of technical support experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
