Job Summary
A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services is in need of a Telecommute Support Service Desk Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Troubleshooting and managing technical support requests
- Maintaining excellent customer employee relations
- Managing operational aspects to on-board newly assigned franchise

- Minimum 2-3 years of technical support experience
