Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Surgical Quality Assurance Coding Auditor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Supporting the sales team by analyzing and reviewing coding related documentation and complete due diligence reviews when assigned
• Completing all quarterly Quality Assurance audits on a minimum of 70 coders
• Completing all monthly Quality Assurance audits on offshore vendors to ensure that all vendors maintain defined accuracy level for CPT/Mod/ICD-10

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High school diploma
• Certified Coder (CPC or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of surgical coding and auditing experience in a production coding environment
• 3 years experience with abstracting codes
• 3 years E/M coding experience
