Job Summary
A public education system non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Surveys Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Execute processes associated with setting up, administering, and closing Insight surveys within the team’s survey platform
- Manage varying timelines to trigger activities to launch and close surveys on schedule
- Reconcile and clean large datasets using Microsoft Excel
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience using a survey platform
- Strong technical and computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with task management systems
- Ability to plan and organize with extraordinary attention to detail, and a commitment to producing consistently high-quality work
- Comfort and an interest in working with and manipulating large data sets and databases
- Strong customer service, communication and writing skills
