Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute System Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing IBMi administration and security setup/maintenance
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance on the IBMi
  • Providing emergency and on-call support as required

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Participate in quarterly team building activities and summer events
  • Four year degree in computer science or related field
  • 1-3 years of IBMi administration experience
  • Strong experience with IBMi Standard Query Language
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office tools
  • Application support and basic networking skills
