Job Summary

A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute System Configuration Analyst II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting Omni Channel team to triage issues through developing knowledge of Omni Channel configuration
  • Researching, testing & documenting issues / bugs before reporting these to the Business Analyst, Telecom or Development teams
  • Assisting in testing/regression testing of functionality before production implementation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business or related field
  • 2 years business experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered
  • 2 years' experience working in a systems analyst or business analyst role
  • 1 years’ experience in SQL query language, database structure and database table relationships
  • Ability in leading or directing activities of others
