Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute System Reliability and Support Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performs maintenance, including installation of patches and upgrades
  • Leads and participates in the monitoring, maintenance, support and modernization of systems and software
  • Monitors systems availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Knowledge of, and ability to develop and use, principles, methodologies and metrics that increase software product performance and reliability
  • Knowledge of project management techniques
