Job Summary

A solar energy company has a current position open for a Telecommute Systems Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Preforming Desktop and Server based OS installation and configuration
  • Creating troubleshooting documentation
  • Updating support tickets within a Helpdesk System

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree and/or relevant work experience
  • 2 years or more experience providing end-user support and infrastructure systems management
  • Google Workspace - Proficiency with Google Drive, Mail, Meet, Chat
  • Microsoft Office - Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10, Office Suite and Office365
  • Organization skills are a must as you will have to handle multiple tickets at once
  • Ability to accept and follow guidance/mentoring
