Job Summary
A solar energy company has a current position open for a Telecommute Systems Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preforming Desktop and Server based OS installation and configuration
- Creating troubleshooting documentation
- Updating support tickets within a Helpdesk System
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree and/or relevant work experience
- 2 years or more experience providing end-user support and infrastructure systems management
- Google Workspace - Proficiency with Google Drive, Mail, Meet, Chat
- Microsoft Office - Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10, Office Suite and Office365
- Organization skills are a must as you will have to handle multiple tickets at once
- Ability to accept and follow guidance/mentoring
