Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Systems Administrator III.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting systems focused on Contact Center technologies and Call Analytics platforms
  • Participating in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Proactively addressing systems-based issues and escalate as necessary

Qualifications Include:

  • Associate degree in information systems or related field or 2 years work experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience with call center systems and technologies Avaya and IVR experience preferred
  • Experience with agent performance monitoring technology
  • Ability to gather data on system performance and identifying opportunity to increase automation, delivering system reports and statistics
  • Ability to perform standard and routine maintenance on systems Installing and verifying patches following standard procedures
