Job Summary

A public benefit corporation is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Defining hiring strategies with a focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Building job descriptions and processes from the ground up with hiring managers
  • Collecting feedback and retrospect on processes, iterating to improve

Required Skills:

  • Experience partnering with organizational leaders to develop hiring plans
  • Experience working with hiring managers to craft a role from the ground up
  • Experience leading candidates through the hiring process, from first touch to close
  • Experience at a small to medium sized company
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional ability to manage internal client relationships
