Job Summary
A public benefit corporation is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Defining hiring strategies with a focus on diversity and inclusion
- Building job descriptions and processes from the ground up with hiring managers
- Collecting feedback and retrospect on processes, iterating to improve
Required Skills:
- Experience partnering with organizational leaders to develop hiring plans
- Experience working with hiring managers to craft a role from the ground up
- Experience leading candidates through the hiring process, from first touch to close
- Experience at a small to medium sized company
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional ability to manage internal client relationships
