Job Summary

A medical device company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Innovation Senior Manager in Mahwah.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify and research applicable trends, vendors and technology advances
  • Assess and identify opportunities in talent acquisition processes and tools to simplify the talent acquisition
  • Manage execution and delivery of candidate and hiring manager experience surveys

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7 years in recruiting, HR Systems, and/or HR Analytics
  • Must have demonstrated experience leading large-scale global initiatives
