Job Summary
A cybersecurity and compliance firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Professional.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding open positions and present candidate profiles using strong talent advisor opinion
- Managing requisitions for both net new hires and replacement hires
- Utilizing technology to source for candidates and maintain documentation for all candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- Up to 10% out of town travel
- Bachelor's degree with a business focus or other relevant degree
- 2-4 years of relevant corporate and/or agency talent acquisition experience
- Hands-on experience with use of an applicant tracking system
- Experience managing full desk recruiting independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
