Job Summary

A cybersecurity and compliance firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Professional.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Understanding open positions and present candidate profiles using strong talent advisor opinion
  • Managing requisitions for both net new hires and replacement hires
  • Utilizing technology to source for candidates and maintain documentation for all candidates

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Up to 10% out of town travel
  • Bachelor's degree with a business focus or other relevant degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant corporate and/or agency talent acquisition experience
  • Hands-on experience with use of an applicant tracking system
  • Experience managing full desk recruiting independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
