Job Summary

A recruitment solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Sourcing Leader.

Must be able to:

• Research and leverage emerging and best-in-class technologies to increase the effectiveness of talent discovery, attraction, assessment, and improve our efficiency and conversion
• Manage, coach and mentor your team, and supporting their professional development
• Establish and monitor KPIs, and leverage that data in performance management

Qualifications Include:

• You also will need to be willing and able to travel for initial training, and occasionally for team and/or client meetings
• Experience managing teams of at least eight people, and proven leadership and performance management skills
• Strong technical savvy, including the ability not only to learn new applications and systems quickly, but also to teach others how to use them
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to plan strategy, develop tactics and perform root-cause analysis
• A servant-leader approach and a demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor others
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
