A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and measuring recruiting KPIs
- Developing thoughtful organizational design
- Reviewing deliverables and team objectives

- 12+ years of talent acquisition experience
- Experience leading a 20+ person team, managing directors/managers
