Job Summary

A national nonprofit is filling a position for a Telecommute Talent and Culture Executive Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Setting long-term people strategy
  • Ensuring a strong, equitable and inclusive culture
  • Acting as a strategic business partner on hiring, developing, rewarding and engaging staff

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel up to 25%
  • Proven experience leading a Human Resources organization and/or significant talent initiative or team
  • Deep expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Ability to feel at home working at a visionary/strategic level
  • Prior strong experience managing staff
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with staff at all levels of an organization
