Job Summary
A luxury beauty product specialty retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Talent Development Program Manager in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design, develop, launch, and lead company’s newly created Rotational Management Program
- Design and curate the programming and learning experiences for the cohort as we guide selected interns
- Foster ongoing program continuous evaluation and adaptation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related experience
- Demonstrated success in creating, delivering, and measuring high-impact learning experiences to a diverse audience
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work on simultaneous projects and flex and adjust in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Ability to deliver best in class program experience for selection and function placement, onboarding, skill building and on-the-job training
- Ability to create clear two-way communication channels for feedback and program communication and deliverables
- Ability to provide ongoing coaching, development, and mentoring to the participants
