Skills and Requirements Include:
- Faith-based organization
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or Business - related field
- 5-7 years of experience in related field, with experience deploying large scale systemic programs
- Able to assess business needs
- Excellent consulting and partnering skills
- Project management skills and/or cognizant of the need for project management
