Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Taleo Recruit and Onboarding Senior Consultant .

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Deploying Taleo Recruit and Onboarding by guiding customers through the implementation of Oracle delivered functionality
• Advising customers on best practice solutions by industry
• Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers through the project lifecycle and application maintenance

Qualifications Include:

• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
• 2+ years of experience with Taleo Recruit and Onboarding
• Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing customer and systems requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions
• Ability to work with the functional and technical team members
• Experience and knowledge of Recruit and Onboarding processes
