Job Summary

A tax firm is in need of a Telecommute Tax Department Manager in Miami Beach.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and managing our US based virtual tax department
  • Implementing systems, hiring, and training staff for the tax department

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required
  • CPA Certification is a plus but not required
  • 6+ years prior experience in tax preparation with knowledge of individual, business, non-profit and estate/trust returns
  • Significant supervisory experience (2+)
  • Worked in capacities where excellent client relationships were formed
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
