Job Summary

A travel company has an open position for a Telecommute Tax Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring US tax law changes and their impact on GBT
  • Planning and modelling around GILTI, BEAT, FDII, FTCs, NOLs
  • Working with advisers to ensure that GBT meets its US tax filing obligations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Solid Excel modelling skills
  • Good organizational skills and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant US tax experience
  • Strong analytical skills and challenging mind, prepared to ask and explain why rather than what
  • CPA and/or have a relevant tax qualification
  • Able to demonstrate a clear, holistic understanding of US domestic and international tax rules
