A cloud services company is in need of a Telecommute Technical Account Management Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and mentoring the Technical Account Management team
- Pursuing and driving improvements in tools, products, and services
- Developing an in-depth understanding of your defined customers’ software delivery environment
Position Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel (20%+)
- 5+ years in a technical relationship type role
- 3+ years in a leadership role within Customer Success
- Strong understanding of Customer Service processes
- Exceptional execution skills and the ability to think big
- Experience working directly with customers and end users
