Job Summary

A cloud services company is in need of a Telecommute Technical Account Management Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and mentoring the Technical Account Management team
  • Pursuing and driving improvements in tools, products, and services
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of your defined customers’ software delivery environment

Position Requirements Include:

  • Willingness to travel (20%+)
  • 5+ years in a technical relationship type role
  • 3+ years in a leadership role within Customer Success
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service processes
  • Exceptional execution skills and the ability to think big
  • Experience working directly with customers and end users
