Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the strategic business relationship with key strategic customers
  • Ensuring that the customer remains a strategic technology and business partner
  • Proactively communicating upcoming product changes and enhancements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including some possible international travel
  • 4 year degree in a technology and or business related field
  • 7 years customer-facing experience in customer success, technical sales, or professional services
  • Strong business acumen and ability to provide sound business judgment
  • Experience in the high tech industry, preferable in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
  • Strong account management, client service and/or management consulting experience
