Job Summary

An international financial technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the lead technical point of contact for enterprise partners as they integrate with our company
  • Working with clients to answer their technical product or integration questions
  • Leveraging internal tools, teams, and resources to ensure customers meet their development and integration milestones

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • A background in engineering, computer science, physics, math, or another technical field
  • Experience writing code for a production system
  • Excellent knowledge of web services, APIs, and related standards such as HTTP, REST, and OAuth
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup
