Job Summary

A pet healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Technical Customer Support Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Instructing on the use of our in-house diagnostic analyzers
  • Coordinating and assisting with equipment installations and troubleshoot hardware technical problems
  • Coordinating and assisting with as well as software integration issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must have strong computer and technical skills, with the aptitude to learn applicable software and hardware
  • Networking and/or software support is a plus
  • A proven track record of providing extraordinary customer service
  • Experience in a technically related field, veterinary practice, laboratory setting
  • Superb listening and communication (verbal and written) skills are a must in order to be a successful customer support specialist
  • An associate’s or bachelor's degree
