Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting our customers and providing solutions to their technical issues
  • Actively listening and being empathetic while you using your love of current technology, passion and creativity
  • Resolving their problems and meeting their needs in a timely manner

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Graduate or general education degree (GED) required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Technical aptitude with a confident familiarity of Smartphones, tablets, operating systems, PC and Macs
  • Minimum 6 months experience providing service to customers in some capacity
  • Are you available to work an 8-10hr shift between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. CST
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
