Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Technical Enablement Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prioritize, assign, and develop training courses, tutorials, knowledge articles, etc
- Oversee the effectiveness of technical knowledge bases
- Transform content creation processes to develop small learning segments
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to global teams, customers and partners, estimated 20% of time
- Bachelors degree and 10+ years of experience providing technology education to customers
- 4+ years of experience leading teams that deliver customer value through training, development programs, and knowledge content
- Proven ability to develop and execute business processes and procedures
- Experience bringing in new and innovative methods to develop and deliver customer adoption of technical solutions
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff, as well as with upper management
