Job Summary

A subscription management software company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Payments Support Engineer in New Orleans.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Exceeding customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer service inquiries via email, and telephone
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
