A subscription management software company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Payments Support Engineer in New Orleans.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Exceeding customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer service inquiries via email, and telephone
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
- Ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment
- Clear telephone communication and ability to quickly problem solve
- Excellent written communication skills, both in tone and technical descriptions
- Previous technical support experience supporting a SaaS application
