Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Public Sector Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving, managing and executing the business and revenue of the Public Sector team
- Educating team on significant industry factors
- Supporting quotation and proposal efforts to partners, prospects and customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be a high performing sales manager
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding established measurements for goals and objectives into the Public Sector
- Must be a skilled motivator with demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales staff
- Must have a proven ability to manage both direct and indirect employees in a matrix organization
- Must have expertise around GSA, Federal procurement and the various buying vehicles to enable growth in sales
- Exceptional knowledge of Public Sector infrastructure and agencies
