Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Regularly tracking pipeline, priorities and performance data
  • Managing full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnerships
  • Screening resumes and interviewing candidates to determine fit

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must be able to attend events and sourcing campaigns
  • 5 years technical recruiting ideally SaaS or Information technology
  • Experience recruiting for software engineering and niche skill sets
  • Have experience working with a distributed team in a remote capacity
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit
  • Strong sourcing for top-tier engineers and solid tech and industry knowledge
