A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Regularly tracking pipeline, priorities and performance data
- Managing full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnerships
- Screening resumes and interviewing candidates to determine fit
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to attend events and sourcing campaigns
- 5 years technical recruiting ideally SaaS or Information technology
- Experience recruiting for software engineering and niche skill sets
- Have experience working with a distributed team in a remote capacity
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
- Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit
- Strong sourcing for top-tier engineers and solid tech and industry knowledge
