Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Providing full-lifecycle technical recruitment
Drafting and posting requisitions to job boards
Providing expertise regarding the competitive landscape, job market, location-based compensation, candidate expectations, and onboarding

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

5+ years of results-oriented technical sourcing and recruiting on cleared information technology projects
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
BA/BS degree in Information Technology or Business Management or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
