Job Summary
A technology solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Relationship Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a strong, positive strategic relationship with the customer
- Assisting with the escalation of support incidents
- Developing a good understanding of the customer environment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel: Up to 10%
- Minimum 5 years of experience directly supporting enterprise-level customers
- Strong technical knowledge of networking concepts
- Strong technical knowledge about Microsoft Infrastructure
- Strong knowledge ITSM or ITIL concepts
- 5 years of experience administrating an ITSM/ITAM tool
