Job Summary

A technology solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Relationship Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing a strong, positive strategic relationship with the customer
  • Assisting with the escalation of support incidents
  • Developing a good understanding of the customer environment

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel: Up to 10%
  • Minimum 5 years of experience directly supporting enterprise-level customers
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking concepts
  • Strong technical knowledge about Microsoft Infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge ITSM or ITIL concepts
  • 5 years of experience administrating an ITSM/ITAM tool
