Job Summary
An automated Internet intelligence company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Sourcer in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Owning candidate sourcing for a variety of roles across all technical teams
- Using recruiting tools to find, evaluate and contact candidates that fit our pre-defined criteria
- Building creative strategies to attract candidates and draw interest
Qualifications for this position include:
- Company-wide events including team building, holiday party, and offsites
- Must be willing to work in San Francisco or bring previous experience working remote
- 5+ years of proven work experience as a recruiter at scaling technology companies
- Versatility in recruiting for a wide range of positions
- Passion for recruiting some of the hardest skill sets in the San Francisco market
- Previous background in high tech with diverse recruiting strategies
