Job Summary
A public accounting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Sourcer in Indianapolis.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing full lifecycle recruiting
- Building talent pipelines through database mining and social media recruiting
Qualifications for this position include:
- 90% of the work will be done remotely, as well as some travel between offices
- 2+ years of IT recruiting experience, preferably within the staffing industry
- Advanced usage of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media
- Ability to source for several roles/teams at one time
- Working knowledge of iCIMS or another applicant tracking system
