Job Summary

A public relations software and services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Technical Support Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage urgent support calls and escalate to other teams as necessary
  • Process client requests for complex configuration and setup
  • Introduce business cases for adding new features to improve customer and support workflow

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Database scripting knowledge (MySql, Sql Server, etc.)
  • 3+ years' experience in client support
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical skills
