Job Summary
A public relations software and services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Technical Support Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage urgent support calls and escalate to other teams as necessary
- Process client requests for complex configuration and setup
- Introduce business cases for adding new features to improve customer and support workflow
Qualifications for this position include:
- Database scripting knowledge (MySql, Sql Server, etc.)
- 3+ years' experience in client support
- 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and analytical skills
