Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Support Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support to customers
- Providing solutions to technical issues
- Handling multiple computer applications at one time
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Graduate or general education degree
- 6 months experience providing service to customers
- Ability to type 35 WPM while talking to customers
- Technical aptitude with familiarity of Smartphones, tablets, operating systems, PC and Macs
- Understand concepts of navigation, search engines and other web based applications
