Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to technical inquiries and problem reports
  • Provide responses to technical inquiries
  • Troubleshoot, identify and resolve complex problems

Skills and Requirements Include:e

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in network environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in assisting end users on setting up general PC applications
  • Technical writing experience
  • Technically savvy with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows and related software
