Job Summary

An educational technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Support Specialist in Denver.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Correctly diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with clients
  • Maintain detailed problem records

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of 1 year of college/university level classes in Business, Computer Science or related field OR a minimum of one year in a customer service or technical support role
  • Ability to consult with clients via chat, SMS, phone and email; must also be comfortable working with tutors and students via video chat
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Prior experience with CRM software and/or ZenDesk
