Job Summary

A software development and staffing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Technical Support Supervisor.

Must be able to:

  • Manage the recruitment, training and development of the technical support team
  • Manage performance and growth plans of team members
  • Effectively service client management escalations in line with accepted best practices and processes

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ year experience leading a remote team
