Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Support Voice Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working support tickets for end users with connectivity and performance issues
- Ensuring the delivery of services at a user level is kept on track
- Acting as a point of escalation for service delivery issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Some travel may be required
- Knowledge of external Telecom and Broadband providers and how to connect remote users
- Must have current experience with GBT hardware and remote access support
- Highly experienced in broadband and telephone company ordering, billing and escalation processes
- Ability to track multiple issues and incident trends to know when to escalate to our account representatives
