Job Summary
An IT and software development company is seeking a Telecommute Technology Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with the Product Sales team to audit prospective customer bills and services
- Facilitate the administrative creation of price quotes and service orders
- Work with Aggregator and Direct Carriers to obtain price quotes and contracts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1-2 years of data entry and data accuracy/integrity experience
- Strong PC skills, including knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and general knowledge of database software applications
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work precisely with data and ensure that work meets quality standards
- Ability to work with a computer for long periods of time while concentrating on detail work
- Excellent client service, organizational abilities, and verbal and written communication skills
