Job Summary

A marketing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technology Entry Level Customer Experience Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring and promptly respond to customer communications across multiple sources chat, email and zoom
  • Coordinating the resolution of open issues and implement value added solutions
  • Developing and updating supporting materials and documentation to empower self service for our various platform solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience and education
  • 2+ years experience in a fast paced tech company working directly with customers online
  • Technical aptitude to learn and use multiple technologies and the skills to communicate comfortably to those in technical roles
  • Engaging phone and video presence
  • Proficient with CRM, reporting, and presentation tools
