Job Summary

Engineering company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technology Product Advisor 1.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Participating on escalations for complex, high impact issues
  • Informing Support leadership team of priority issues
  • Assisting in the management of escalations and supportability issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel approximately 25%
  • 4 year degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years customer service experience and demonstrated organizational skills
  • Thorough knowledge of customer service policies, practices and systems
  • Good interpersonal/relationship building skills
  • Good verbal and written skills
