Job Summary

A health services company is in need of a Telecommute Technology University Training Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Being responsible for the overall planning and coordination of leadership learning event-based cohorts
  • Coordinating pre-program elements including program scheduling, technology planning and physical space
  • Reviewing faculty materials prior to distribution for grammatical edits, branding consistency, and follow-through

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of Training and Development experience
  • Can manage expenses and other program costs related to leadership programs
  • Can develop materials to promote the course, including logistical details
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large training programs or cohort-based experiences
