Job Summary

A health services company is in need of a Telecommute Technology University Training Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Being responsible for the overall planning and coordination of leadership learning event-based cohorts
Coordinating pre-program elements including program scheduling, technology planning and physical space
Reviewing faculty materials prior to distribution for grammatical edits, branding consistency, and follow-through

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
3+ years of Training and Development experience
Can manage expenses and other program costs related to leadership programs
Can develop materials to promote the course, including logistical details
Demonstrated expertise in managing large training programs or cohort-based experiences
