Job Summary

A wireless communication company has an open position for a Telecommute Telecommunications Customer Experience Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality project documentation with no assistance
  • Develop and own the comprehensive execution plans of customer experience
  • Lead and own all execution trade off decisions

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel 10% of the time
  • Experience in process design/management
  • 3 years of wireless experience
  • Previous experience working within or supporting Retail or Care channels
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
